Are you ready to specialize in character work and elevate your voice-acting skills? Join us for a dynamic workshop with Phebe Fabacher on reading character scripts. This interactive session is designed for voice actors eager to enhance their performance by diving deep into character interpretation.

This is limited to 12 participants and will be on a first-come, first-served basis, however, once prioritized, we will go through as many participants as time allows.

In this workshop, participants will:

• Read Aloud Character Scripts: Each student will take turns reading selected character scripts or animation dialogues, showcasing their unique interpretations and styles.

• Receive Constructive Feedback: After each reading, you’ll receive personalized feedback aimed at enhancing your performance. We’ll focus on aspects like emotional delivery, vocal dynamics, pacing, and character consistency.

• Practice and Improve: After receiving feedback, students will have the opportunity to perform a second read, applying the insights gained to refine their portrayal and bring their characters to life.

• Explore Character Dynamics: We’ll delve into the nuances of character relationships, motivations, and how to convey those elements through voice to create compelling performances.
